PHOENIX – Arizona Republican Party Chairman Tom Morrissey issued this statement regarding the passing yesterday of Cochise County Sheriff Larry Dever.
"We are all deeply saddened by the news of the sudden passing of Sheriff Larry Dever. His work in law enforcement and border security were shining examples for all of us, especially for those who saw first-hand how his hard work, integrity, and leadership served the people of Cochise County so well. He was a terrific man and we will miss him. We will keep Nancy and the Dever family in our thoughts and prayers.” said Tom Morrissey, Chairman of the Arizona Republican Party.
