Now Has "Skittishness" About Being Recruited by Obama for AZSEN

@CarmonaforAZ TV Reporter Says Carmona "Hedging" About Appearing With Head of Democrat Party

PHOENIX – After interviewing Democrat Richard Carmona, who was recruited by President Obama to run for the U.S. Senate in Arizona, Channel 12 News Political Reporter Brahm Resnik last night said Carmona was "hedging" about appearing with the head of his party.

Reporter: "Carmona goes as far as hedging, as whether he'd appear with the head of his party, President Obama."

Carmona: "I have no idea. I mean, it would be, I'd have to decide on, where am I, what do I have to give up to be there, if I'm gonna be in front of another group that I need."

Reporter: "Carmona's skittishness about the president might have something to do with Mr. Obama's unpopularity in Arizona. The new survey shows him down nine points to Republican nominee Mitt Romney," (Brahm Resnik, 12 News, 9/11/12)

"Democrat Richard Carmona is now trying to hide his loyalty to President Obama from voters who deserve to know where he stands,” said Arizona Republican Party Spokesman Tim Sifert. "Richard Carmona is part of the President's plan to keep the U.S. Senate in the hands of liberal Democrats who support ObamaCare, but voters know Jeff Flake will support their desire to repeal it.”
