Arpaio Campaign Reaches $8 MILLION Mark

PHOENIX, AZ – Sheriff Joe Arpaio filed his campaign finance report for the post-primary election period of 2012. The period covers August 9th through September 17th of this year.

The re-election committee raised more than $450,000 during those brief five weeks, bringing the total amount raised for this cycle to over $8,000,000 (eight million). Notably, the Sheriff’s campaign raked in over $1,000,000 in the last three months alone.
"My supporters are just incredible. I’m so grateful for their support. Every day we have new donors and volunteers supporting my re-election,” stated Arpaio.

Arpaio’s campaign manager, Chad Willems, stated,"Our supporters are simply frustrated with the lies from our opponents and the distortions and bias in the media against Arpaio and they’re responding with their checkbooks in a monumental fashion.”
"This isn’t the end. Our fundraising efforts will continue to break records in the coming months,” Willems continued.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio is seeking a sixth term for Sheriff of Maricopa County.
